I had to contact support for help, and while they did respond, everything was only available in English. That worked fine for me, but it made things difficult for my parents, who aren’t very comfortable with English and needed a lot of extra explaining from me. It would be so much better if there were more language options, especially for people who don’t speak English fluently

Booking was mostly fine and easy enough to get through, but I did feel like a few price details weren’t totally clear until the very end. A friend had recommended it to me, so I gave it a try, and overall it was okay—just wish the final costs were a bit more upfront.

The driver showed up a bit late, which was kind of annoying, especially when you're waiting around with luggage and... yeah. The ride itself was fine though, nothing really wrong with it. Not amazing, not terrible, just sort of okay overall.
